National White Water Centre Water Release Notification
Releases from Llyn Celyn are controlled by the Environment Agency. There are a number of factors taken into consideration for releases including recreation, fisheries, power generation, flood control and water extraction. The National White Water Centre has an excellent relationship with the EA but the National White Water Centre does not have any control over water releases.
The EA advises us of the water releases and, as soon as we have received the release information, we up-date this web-page, our facebook page and the water information line - 01678 520826
For help with any other enquiries please call the centre office on 01678 521083.
